FAQ

Who is this programme designed for?
icon

The Origin Residency is designed for next-generation members of business families and family offices who are preparing to take on leadership, stewardship or innovation roles within their family enterprise.

How is this different from traditional executive education programmes?
icon

Most executive programmes focus on strategy, governance and finance. This experience begins with identity and purpose, then builds innovation and enterprise capability on that foundation. Participants work through real leadership questions while developing venture and innovation pathways relevant to their family enterprise.

What role do the one-on-one purpose sessions play?
icon

Each participant engages in private one-on-one purpose conversations with Param. These sessions help participants clarify identity, ambition and leadership direction so that decisions about enterprise and innovation become grounded in personal conviction, not obligation. This is what makes the experience transformational rather than academic.

Do participants need to already be active in the family business?
icon

No. Many next-generation members are still exploring how they want to engage with their family enterprise. The programme helps participants define how they can contribute, whether through leadership, innovation, venture building or investment pathways.

How selective is the programme?
icon

This is a one on one program that is deeply personalised. INSEAD cohorts are intentionally small to allow meaningful dialogue, personal reflection and deep engagement. Participation usually begins with a discovery conversation to ensure alignment between participant goals and programme outcomes.
